Written and directed by Quentin Tarantino and with a fantastic cast including Brad Pitt, Christoph Waltz, Michael Fassbender and Eli Roth. Inglourious Basterds imagines two plots to assassinate Nazi Germany’s senior leaders during World War 2.

A young Jewish refugee who has witnessed the slaughter of her family is running a cinema in Paris. The cinema is to host the premier of a Nazi propaganda film, and she intends to use the event to take her revenge and assassinate the visiting Nazi leaders. Meanwhile, a group of elite Jewish-American guerilla soldiers hears about the event, and put in place their own assassination plans.

Bold, funny and violent - Inglourious Basterds has everything you would expect from a Tarantino film.

“Nobody but Tarantino could have made Inglourious Basterds and, in a homogenising culture such as Hollywood, that’s worth celebrating.” Scotsman

“A brutal, audacious, triumphant piece of filmmaking that hits harder than a baseball bat to the jawbone.” News of the World
